Oh Canada Scrapbook Layout For Paige Taylor Evans

Hey, hi friends! You won’t be too surprised that my layout this week is a celebration for Canada. The country I  love.

My home and native land, the true north, strong and free. These words are from our anthem.

On my layout, I’ve used three of Paige’s cut files plus one of my own.  Click here to download my Geo Frame cut file for FREE.

I made my background using the Geo Frame cut file and Paige’s Mandala cut file. I used the outer line of the Geo Frame to crop Paige’s Mandala, then cut it from white cardstock. Then, I glued my frame overtop and stitched with all 6 strands of DMC Floss.

I had fun working with Paige’s happy and bright, Blooming Wild collection. Bonus! Almost the entire collection is still available!

My title was made with Paige’s Back This Font cut file, and paper-backed with a number of classic Paige Evans collections from my stash. All are available from AC Digital.

Since I love the look of stitching, I back-stitched, tone on tone, with DMC floss, using all 6 strands.

Paige’s Large Leaf cut file was perfect to make our iconic Maple Leaf. I cut two sizes so they could be layered for more texture.

Lucky me, I have a dedicated craft room. I love working with paper to make cards, layouts and Mini Albums. So happy you came by💛

    1. Thank you friends. We are under fire today with a Tariff war initiated. But we are not deterred. No one here is buying American. I have many American friends and I have never cared how people vote. But to support this man? It’s hard to fathom. 💛🩷🩵

        1. Your support means everything. Thanks friends. I am losing sleep over the idea of being invaded by the USA. I have many American friends and can imagine what that would mean. The man is clearly taking advice from Putin. Sovereignty means nothing to him. We can only hope that someone there, with sensibility will stand up to him and deny him the ability of invading us.
