Acetate Cover Cut File

Hello crafty friends 🩷 This is the post where you can download the FREE cut file for the cover I made for Paige’s, Circle Accordion Mini Album.

A ZIP file will arrive on your desktop or Downloads folder, depending on your settings. Click here to download. The ZIP file contains; a Studio3 file for Silhouette Cameo users, an SVG file for Cricut users, a PDF for those without an electronic cutter, and a PNG for other electronic cutters.

Once cut out, fold the acetate in half length-wise, edge to edge. Before sewing the side edge, place your mini inside the cover to check for width. This cover was designed to fit my mini, which is approximately 3/4″ thick when folded. My mini has a couple of chipboard frames but no foam tape and no hand-stitching.

With that in mind, feel free to make any necessary adjustments to the cut file. You can also trim the top edge as desired before stitching. I used white thread and a fun stitch from my cheap sewing machine to finish the edge 😁

I added some colourful hearts to the cover, and a little eyelet on top for a tassel. You do you 🥰 .

Paige’s class is free and includes the cut files for the Circle Accordion Mini Album. It’s part of her, ‘Make With Me Monday’ series.  Use this link to head on over to her YouTube, for this class and so many more.

I thought Paige’s design, with flowers peeking out of the top of the mini was so pretty. Kind of like a bouquet. Here’s a boo at the inside pages of my mini. Click on any photo to see it larger.

Thanks so much for coming by. Please let me know if you have any questions. Cheers dears!

      1. Not yet but I have practiced that stitch that you have used – i have it on my machine as well. So I have things ready when I decide to make it.

    1. Oh no Lavinia. I’m so sorry to hear Wynken passed away. I thought I remember Bynken passed away in February too, so I checked back on your blog. February is a hard month for you but hopefully you’ll remember all the love you shared instead. Blossom had Cancer too. In her mouth, there wasn’t anything we could do. Arms around you sweet friend. My heart breaks for you because I know the pain you’re feeling ❤ ❤
