Merry Christmas friends! I hope all your Christmas wishes come true today. It’s been an amazing month of inspirations for Paige, the team and so many talented guest designers. Here we are at Day 25 !
I’ve scrapped and stitched this stocking from Paige’s, 25 Days Of Stitching Cut Files Bundle.

Using my Cameo Silhouette, I drew and cut out ‘Stocking For Stitching’ from white polka-dotted Vellum. I haven’t stitched on vellum before, but love the transparent feel revealed when backed with an off-set cut from white AC Cardstock. The entire cut file was stitched with 6 strands of DMC Floss.
To add a little extra dimension, I made 3D pom-poms from Paper 7. The background is pretty, pink, plaid Paper 6. It’s 11 inches square with a one inch border on two sides using the flowery side of Paper 1.
A Charm Tassel was attached through a small hole using a large brad. They’re not just for minis, and look super cute on a layout too.
My stocking overflows with loads of Sugarplum Wishes embellishments. There’s Enamel Dots, Cardstock Stickers, Mini Puffy Stickers, Foam Thickers, and glittery snowflakes and flowers from the Floral Ephemera Pack and a gift from the Sticker Book.
The photo is myself and brothers, Christmas 1968. I got a Chatty Cathy for Christmas that year. When you pulled a cord in her back, she talked. I’m sure she was hi-tech for the time, ha!
