Lucky Me – Rainbow Mini Album

Hey, hi Hello!! I’m a regular Scrap friend of PaigePals !  We’re a group of gals from around the world that scrap virtually and monthly with sweet Paige Taylor Evans! All the classes, past/present and upcoming, are available in her shop 😀

Not only do you create with Paige, you’ll receive a full colour PDF with instructions, measurements and links to cut files for those creating with an electronic cutter. Don’t have an electronic cutter? No worries, you’ll always receive a PDF to fussy cut the required shapes too.  You get access to a private Facebook Group where we share our completed projects, cheer each other on and get even more ideas for using your scrappy stash.  PLUS, the class video can be watched over and over again.

Super cute right !? I decided my mini would be called ‘Lucky Me’ and each page is sharing something I feel lucky about.  I purchased Paige’s kit for the class and mixed in some of my own stash too. All but one of the patterned papers are from various Paige Evans collections. The ephemera is from a new Pinkfresh Studio collection called Delightful.  The teeny tiny puffy stickers are Amy Tangerine and were part of Paige’s kit.  Click anywhere in the collage below to go through a slide show 🌸

If you’d like to learn to make cute mini albums, use up your stash and have loads of fun, join a class today!!

Thanks so much for coming by!

Cheers, Kelly 💛

  1. Kelly I didn’t realize you are back! You are keeping yourself so busy, I see. Crafting makes you who you are and it’s a joy to see how you are expressing yourself with your creations. Choosing to make the theme Lucky Me is brilliant. I think this would be a good exercise for me to remind myself to be grateful for my awesome life. Hey! It looks like you and we are getting the same change in weather pattern – winter comes this weekend and hopefully puts out all the fires. My man and I were up in BC a few weeks ago, and went backpacking above Slocan Lake in Valhalla Provincial Park. I was thinking of you. Love and hugs. ❤

    1. Hi Crystal, thanks so much for your visit and message too. I do keep busy with my paper stuff, I just love it all. I did see the weather for Washington looked like snow. The mountain parks and Calgary were in the path but luckily not yet in Edmonton. I think we were at 7 C today or 45 F. Not beach weather but I’m still in summer shoes, ha. How nice to have spent time in Valhalla Prov Park. It’s so beautiful there. I love the Kootaney area ! Thanks for saying hello, I hope all is well with you !

    1. Hey hey Marlene! Thanks a bunch for your cheer. I know what you mean about too many things on the list. When you want to do everything, it’s hard to find the time to ‘finish’ it all. I may have scrapbook A.D.D. 😀 I have just as many things started as finished. Oh well, what a good problem to have. Sending hugs, have a brilliant week my dear 💛K

  2. Hello hello! Thank you for sharing your rainbow mini. It’s so lovely to see the pic of the four of us from your first visit to San Jose. The colors you use are always uplifting, a reflection of the joy you get from crafting with Paige Taylor Evans’ lovely product line.

It’s funny where your mind can go at times, but when I look at the photos with the mini standing open, it reminds me of a Barbie “house” available many moons ago. They were made from cardboard covered in vinyl and opened into a similar shape with two “walls” and a curved floor. (Do you have any idea what I’m talking about?)

Anyhoo… I loved everything about this.

    1. Hellllllo Calibestie ! Thanks so much for visiting and your sweet message too. I do remember those Barbie things. Although I was never lucky enough to own them. My Barbie House was the shoebox I kept all her gear in, LOL It doubled as her bed too, ha! You had to be creative sometimes. I remember getting a Barbie who’s legs could bend at the knee, and was wow’d that she could now, ‘sit on her bed’ 😀 We were amused by the simplest things back then, hey? I’m sounding like an old lady but could you even imagine talking to anyone in the car or on the street on a phone when you were a kid? 🧡💛xK

      1. Sharon and I “built” our Barbie house from cardboard boxes. We had an old sleigh that must have been used to hold a flower display, and we would pretend to “move house”, then move back again. Thanks for reminding me of that. There was no money for any extras in those days, so we used our imagination instead. In man ways, I think too much stuff can rob us of our imagination. Love and hugs! xo
