Hello friends! Today is the final card in my ten week Memorydex Box project. Never fear though, I’ve made a YouTube video to show you how you can design your own.
This weeks Memorydex Box Card was designed with a Cut File by sweet
Paige Taylor Evans called Butterfly.
In the video below, I show you, step by step, how I made the cut files for this card in the Silhouette Design Studio. So you can carry on and make additional cards for your Memorydex Box or design a whole new one with a theme of your own.
I’ll also show you how I made the stenciled Vellum underlay beneath my paper-backed butterfly.
Then we’ll put it all together.
This is what the .Studio3 cut file will look like when you open it. Download the free cut file here.
If you need to work with an SVG, please send an email to Kellymadeit.wordpress@gmail.com and I’ll get it off to you. Please let me know if you want the entire collection or just this card. The SVG is already ungrouped and will arrive in a ZIP file.
My goal was to bust through some cute stash,
and have some fun. Thanks for all your support and kind comments.
It really means a lot. I hope you enjoyed it too.
Sending hugs your way, Kelly 🌸💛
Hi Kelly this is just beautiful. I love butterflies. I would love your SVG files so I can try to make my first memorydex, If you don’t mind. That way I don’t have to comment on every project. My email is manners11708@yahoo.com . Thank you in advance.

Thanks a bunch honey! Fun to do something new and learning how to offer the cut files here. It forced me to stay on schedule with posts and videos and I do so much better with a schedule. I still have many collections to use and who knows, put on the ol’ thinking cap to find out what can be next. 💛💛💛

Hello sweet Helen, thanks so much for your constant support here and around the web. You always make my day! I hope you’re healing well from you surgery. I’m on a little away trip, still in Canada, but west coast. My GF has a condo here in White Rock, so I’m enjoying her and the ocean for a few days. Lucky me! It’s so nice to rejuvenate and refresh. 💛💛K

What fun to catch up with your friend and take a break beside the sea; always so good for the Spirit. I’m healing slowly thanks and am Blessed with the sweetest man to care for me. Still using a walking frame which helps me stand tall to walk. Not in the mood for crafting just yet. Enjoy your break. x

Oh gosh, yes the walking frame, I’m very familiar with it. I hope you can get some good Physio after. That sure helped me. Sounds like we both picked good guys! Keep on shining my dear ! 💛💛

Herman! Hi friend, thanks so much for your fab message. I see you may be in for some sunshine mid-week. Best to stock up on patio favourites. Espresso, chocolate, ice cream and shoe laces 😀 Just the necessities in life! I’m enjoying the west coast and looking at the ocean this morning! A little getaway, so refreshing. Cheers my friend, have a great week 💛K
